Become a Volunteer
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and joining Troop 51
Start by attending Troop Committee Meetings. This will allow you to see how the Troop operates and start to understand where help is needed.
Step 1: Youth Protection Training
All Adults in the Troop are asked to take this Training program to ensure we provide our youth with a safe program.
Step 2: Find a position that interests you.
Step 3: Fill out an application and turn into our Committee Chair
BSA requires a background check be performed on all volunteers
Step 4: Additional Training | For a Troop Committee member to be trained, they need to complete:
